Commercial Concrete Refinishing (San Leandro CA))
Scope:
The customer wants to grind the top surface off the concrete, add a matte finish sealer and fill holes.
Process:
The team applying HI Tec Tx3 to the floor after the first grind and in the middle of the process. Customer wanted holes filled. Customer wanted to leave existing holes that had white underlayment but wanted all other holes filled.
Results:
Bay 2 Floors Ground out. White underlayment remained in holes. Darkers Holes filled with Txp 3 and finally 2 coats of matte finish sealer.
